Hie eiven name of a paily executing a deed dillers from his name as found on the locution notice, the identity of the ncrsons must be shown. Foil and complete copies o! the n-pn-tive conveyances are uuueeisirv under the rules. A complete ah-traet is only required. An affidavit of continuous con-tinuous posting of plat and notice on claim must he made by one of the parlies owning the mine at the date plat posted on the claim as iuuiied by the statutes, must be a eopy ot the plat filed with the application lor a patent. Only cilizcus, or those-who those-who have declared their intention are authorized to claim and locate mines. A foreigner may make a mining location lo-cation and dispose of it, provide he becomes a citizen before disposing of the mine. The proof that the party par-ty was not a citizen beloro disposing of his claim must bo affirmatively shown. Patents have been issued for the following mining claims: Utah, Tooele county, Marcii3 Daly, Poor Man's Mine; K. N. Baskiu, Chrisop-olis Chrisop-olis mine, Utah county, E. H. Scaw, Marion mine; E. H. Shaw, Sparrow-hawk Sparrow-hawk mine. |
