GUbornefa. ; the cause having, on motion ofplaintiflV attorneys, been dismissed in open court, it was ordered order-ed and adjudged by the court that said action be dismissed at the cost of plaintifTs; it waa further ordered and adjudged that defendants have and recover of plaintiffs their cost in the action; it waa further ordered that this judgment be certified by the clerk to the proper officer at the United Suites laud ollice. Soloman J. Despain vs. Flagsta fl S. At. Co.; Ben. Sbeeks and J. L. Rawlins Raw-lins wore associated as attorneys for plaintiff; cause continued for tho term by consent. The people, etc., vs. John G. Wiggins; Wig-gins; the defendant was held in bonds of $1,000 to answer any indictment found against him by the grand jury. The people, etc., vs. Chas. The United States vs. George Rey- , nolds; convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for polygamy; defendant's defend-ant's motion for an order granting bail pending the decision on appeal was argued by Sutherland for the defence, de-fence, and Carey and Baakin for the prosecution; taken under advisement. advise-ment. A recess was taken till 1 p.m., at the expiration of which Chiel Justico Lowe presided in court. Judge Loicet Presiding. John Seveuoaks, et al,, vs. Utah M. A S. Co.; Hempstead 4 Kirkpat-rick Kirkpat-rick and Gamble for the plaintifla, Marshall fc Royle for the defendant; defend-ant; a jury was impanneled and the cause proceeded to trial. Pending the examination of plaintiffs' witnesses, wit-nesses, court adjourned. The court ordered that on Saturday morning, April 17th, at 1 o'clock, in open court, the names of thirty-six men to serve as petit jurora at the May term, be drawn from the box, and that a venire be issued, returnable return-able on the first Monday in May next.
