Your readers may lemeinber that, ahtiullhirt eu months ago, Mr. Duce of Hyde Park, was shot at Ogden by the accidental discharge f an express messenger's gun. The gun was loaded with navy bullets, one of which entered en-tered the upper part of the right arm, passing through the middle of the bone, fracturing it lengthwise, arching arch-ing the pieces laterally and splintering to an extent. When the arm was dressed at Ogden, the small detached pieces were not rtnioved, and the wound never completely healed, but has been a running Bore, a constant drain on the man's system that has greatly reduced him.
