The American will publish to-morrow the following information from Coflee county, this stale: On Saturday nigbt, about 10 o'clock, a party of six or eight masked men called at the cabin of an old uegro, named Abe Woolen, living in the Ninth district, eight miles from Manchester, and demanded admittance, admit-tance, which being refused, they set 6re to the cabin in two or three placee. Finding that he and his family wife and four children would be burned if they remained, the old man rushed out and wae seized by the maskers, carried a hundred yards or eo, and shot to death. The girl accompanied the family a little way and returned to this vicinity. Tho seducer of the girl is known under the alias of Teddy S. Spencer.
