Show ! Tbe Storm. Pittsburg, 13. The' severe equi noxal storm, which has prevailed in this city for three days, reached its fullest fury last night, when rain fell in torrents and was accompanied by a tremendous gale of wind. No damage dam-age in the city, but the rural districts report great destruction, especially of railroad properly. Travel on the western lines haa been suspended, heavy washouts having occurred on the Pan Handle, Fort Wayne and Cleveland roads, and also on tho Erie branch. |
