His unsecured debts are $50,000, his assets being the theatre and land, worth about $176,-000, $176,-000, but encumbered to the amount of over $125,000. Ira Holmes, formerly president of the defunct Manufacturer's bank, went into voluntary bankruptcy today. to-day. His secured liabilities are $361,000; unsecured, $112,000. His usEets are unsecured notes amounting to $46,000; a large interest in the Clifton house, which, however, is mortgaged to nearly its full value, and the stock of the Manufacturer's bank, worth about $12,000. His other assets consist mostly of personal property. |
