Show Fersonal. Among hotel men we frequently meet genii men, and as often find upstarts. Mr. Clark M. Martin, manager of the Townsend House of this city, is the most upright,; up-right,; companionable and gentle-, manly hotel man it was ever our fortune to meet. Mr. Martin is the soul of honor, and what he tells you can bo relied upoa. He is as sure to make friends among the traveling public as the sun U to rise every morning. Those who become acquainted ac-quainted v.'itli him will be glad to tee him as they return to " Zion." We congratulate the proprietor, Mr. Towusend, on having secured the services of so estimable a person as Clark Martin, who, in addition to being a perfect gentlemen, is the beat hotel man we know of. Mr. Martin takes pride in whatever he undertakes, and wo can truthfully say tiat it will not be his fault if the Tuwnsend is not rendered the most attractive public house in Utah. |
