Mr. I Doble travels the rail like the president presi-dent of tiie United States or Jay j Gould, with a car of bis own, made expressly for the accommodation of himself and his fine animals. This' ! car is fifty feet long, passenger built, j with f.he Weston-House brake and j Miller platform. At either end of ! the car are two portable stables, I which are more like parlors than ; ordinary stables, provided with ! cushions tD avoid injury to the animals. ani-mals. The springs of the car are expressly ex-pressly adapted to the weight to be carried. The centre of the car is a real palace, fitted up with fine furniture, furni-ture, lace curtains and frescoes, oide-board oide-board and all other conveniences fr comfort. The horses usually come through in good order, from a two or three days' trip. Mr. Doble is a mod tot looking gentleman, about 30 years of age. and wears his honors quietly.
