The whole republican republi-can county ticket is pmbably elected. In Shelby Nichols, rep., for senator, has twenty-eight majority over McDonald, Mc-Donald, Dem. Campbell, rep,, for legislature, has twenty-sis majority over Wilson, dem. In complete returns from six precincts pre-cincts of Sioux city indicate a republican republi-can majority of from 200 to 300. The Newton republican condidate for governor has a majority of 300. The Indianola republican Benator is elected without doubt. Marshalitown, 12. The state and county ticket has from 1,500 to 1,700 republican majority in this county. JJes Moines, 12. The best informed republicans re-publicans estimate Kiricwocd's majority ma-jority at 35,000. There is every indication indi-cation of a republican gain in the legislature. A gain of ten or twelve republican members ia assured by the returns already received. On joint ballot, the estimate now 13. that the republicans will have a majority ol forty.
