In the Commissioners accounts, submitted sub-mitted to the Mayor of New York on Saturday, startling charges arc eaid to be made against Comptroller Green. Col. W. G. Torrell, Coviugton correspondent cor-respondent of the Cincinnati Commercial, Commer-cial, shot and killed Hon. Harvey Meyers in Covington, ou Friday. Both arc prominent Kentucky politicians. Tweed's counsel claim that Judge Davis refused to allow certain exceptions excep-tions to be taken in Tweed's trial, and the Supreme Court has issued an order or-der for Davis to show cause why a mandamus should not issue against him.
