Show More of the Union Murder. On Sunday the last of those charged with beinj; actively implicated in the murder of P. Van Valkenberg, last week, was arrested and lodged in tho county jail by officer Florida. Tho man arrested on Sunday ia Robert Gray, ofSanday, who though not accused ac-cused of doing any of the shooting, is charged with being accessory to Jthe deed in having loaned his shot gun to Kelly and Shafer for the purpose of doing the killing; aud is also said to havo told Kelly to " kill old Van Valkenberg, Val-kenberg, and do it well." Now that all of the accused arc in custody the preliminary examination will probably proba-bly be held in a day or two. Following is a communication which has some connection with the case, and which explains itself: In an article published in the Tri-Ijuik', Tri-Ijuik', in relation to the atrocious and dastardly murder of Peter Van Valb-enburg, Valb-enburg, imputations are made in re-trard re-trard to Justico Kiehards, which we consider unjust to him in every particular, par-ticular, and we bike pleasure in refuting refut-ing said insinuations. As there is uoi, nor niis mere ueun, any irouuio or difficulty with him in regard to tho deeds. We have the fullest confidence confi-dence in his honesty and integrity, and that he will do what is right in the premises at the right time.
