Kingsbury and a number of others, properly owners on tho Swuth side of Emigration Creek, representing rep-resenting that iu 1S60 permission was granted oy the City Council to the petitioners to use tho surplus water from the above stream; in accordance they had constructed a dam below the one used for taking tho water lo Firstf, Second nnd Tenth wards, and until the present season had been undisturbed un-disturbed in tho use ot the waste 1 water, but last Spring the wards mentioned men-tioned had chnnged their dam putting it further down the ereck, tliua cutting ofi a portion of the supply sup-ply of water formerly used by llio petitioners; pe-titioners; and the latter a.ikcd that more water be granted to them.
