A letter from Havana says a party of twenty-five I Spanish soldiers of the artillery garri- I soning Fort St. Hilaceo in the central I department, revolted, seized a coast- ing schooner at Puerto Del Padre, on 1 the North coast, and under threats of death ordered the captain to take them to Key West, St. Thomas, or any of the neighboring islands.
