Show Kukus Klnu's Case. The case of itufua KiDg, the Silver oity, Idaho, postmaster, was brought up yesterday before judye Emerson, on an ex parte order to surrender the prisoner to the marshal for Tdnho Territnrw Hnnnenl for the defense moved to cancel the order, or-der, for the reason that there bad been no examination, and it did not appear, prim facie, that any offenco bad been committed against the laws of tho United States. Judge Emerson, Emer-son, like Lord Mansfield, believing it to bo tho first duty of an honest judge to detcot and oorrcot his own errors, sot aside this order. Afterwards, the district attorney moved for a continuance continu-ance of the case, which was granted, until a week from next Saturday, in order that he might furnish evidence to ahow that an oiTjdco has been committed com-mitted against the laws of the United States. If it be shown that a criminal crimi-nal offenco has been oommittod in Utah, Kiog will bo held here; and if in Idaho, ho will be sent to that Territory.
