It also gives an increase in-crease to all children under sixteen years of age of ouVers, as well as of soldiers sol-diers and sailors, instead of all but one where there is no widow, or where the has died or remarried. In other respects res-pects it embodies the provisions of the hreo sections named. The treasury, to-day, paid the last claim of lho loyal citizens of London county, Virginia, for live stock seized for Lho army under orders from general Sheridan, dated November 27, lfctii. These clairnsamount to $61,821.
