A Washington speoial spe-oial says that op to the present only one half of the members of congress have drawn tbeir extra pay. The inconsistency in-consistency exhibited by many representatives repre-sentatives is still well illustrated in the ease of three New Hampshire members, mem-bers, Hibbard, Bell, and Parker, all Democrats. These gentlemen voted acaiost the increase of salary and the extra $5,i.mx and returned to their h"ines amidst the election contest, involving in-volving the question of their own return re-turn to the forty-ihird congress, and male considerable capital for them-eclvcfl them-eclvcfl by proionciDtt their opposition to the increase of salary bill.
