Show IIaueas Corpus. Sheriff Rogers, of Utah county, brought into tho city last evening a prisoner, held by him, named h- W. Brown, to answer to a writ of habeas corpus issued by associate asso-ciate justice Hawlcy. Brown, who is a citizen of belli, was iudiotcd by tho grand jury of the probate court of Utah county, for seduction, at the September term of said court, but the trial was postponed to tho present term. The trial was going on and Brown was at largo on bail, when doubtless to procure a halms corpus his bondsmen gavo him up and, as a matter of course, ho was placed in coo-finemcut coo-finemcut by tho eheriff. This accomplished, accom-plished, his attorney comes to Salt Like and petitions for tbo habeas car-pus car-pus which is granted by our tnend, juoYo Hawley.
