The ean of this is, a quantity of hay, corn fodder, eto , which ia strewed around where the sparks from contiguous wagon and blacksmith shops may aDy time fall upon it, and produce a gigantic fire, lue value of thia hay, etc., is probably prob-ably fifty dollars, and for this every person owning property on the block ia compelled to pay additional premiums premi-ums on their insurance nolinifs On firm on the block paid two per cent, additional on tea thousand dollars insurance in-surance this month, making two hundred hun-dred dollars or four times the value of the material which makes the rik to iosurance companies so greaL This and similar things should be abated as a nuisance.
