There aro two indictments for forgery against him. He was this morning taken before be-fore the court of general sessions and bailed for trial at $i,0O0ooeach count. Afierward ho was immediately re arrested ar-rested on a civil suit, similar to those against Tweed and several others, and hall' a million bail demanded. Ho ex pects to got thia amount before sunset.
