Show The Indians Auain. His Honor, mayor Wells, reoeived a dispatch ycB-tcrday ycB-tcrday from Hon. Orson Hyde, dated Spring City, Sanpete, ycetorday, informing in-forming him that tho night previous several horses wore stolen by Indians, and that yesterday morning a man supposed sup-posed to bo a Mr. Miller, from Salt Creek, was shot on a load of lumber, and his little boy was wounded in tho bip, near Snow's mill, at Spring Cily. Last Dight the mayor rocoivod another telegram from oolooel Allred, saying that the man who had been shot bad died. Wo give those facts this morning, through the courtesy of mayor Wells, and reserve comments for the present. |
