Show The Cricket Match came off at , Ogdcn yesterday between the Wclls-ville Wclls-ville and DdBcrct Union cluby; with a victory for the former. This club showed excellent playing, and, considering consid-ering the lack of practice of the latter, their efforts were very creditable. The ground was in splendid order alter the storm, and the game was enjoyed by the participants and the large number of lookers-on. The members of the Deseret Union club feel indebted to Messrs. Young, Steven and Fidcock, for filling "vaciocies in their eleven, caused by some of the club missing the morning train. |
