Three, Michael Goldsmith, proprietor pro-prietor of the establishment, Henry Kighart, employe, and Mary Jane Burr, residing opposite the scene of the explosion, ex-plosion, will probably die. The B?ck-man B?ck-man street car was passing at the time, and the two horses drawing it were ; almost blown to pieces. It is- not j known whether any of the passengers I were injured. Nearly all the adjacent 1 and onposite buiidings were seriously 'damaged by the explosion, and the loss of property will be considerable. j Wiliiam Cassidy, editor of the Albany Argus, Samuel J. Tilden, J and other prominent Democrats of the State, have been in consultation with Tweed, Connelly and others, on the situation to-day, and it u? rumored tonight to-night that Connelly has consented to resign on consideration that he be allowed to Dime his successor.
