The gentlemen who were recently "prisoners "prison-ers of State" at Camp Douglas, for wearing blue coats and feathers, hearing hear-ing a boys' life and drum band and superintending su-perintending evolutions guarded by old carbines and wooden-guns, are once more at liberty, and can be seen moving around like ordinary mortals.
