The World's Havana Ha-vana correspondent writes ' that another an-other American citizen, Joseph Duany, was seized by the Spanish authorities on the 5th inst., thrown into prison and refused permission to communicate communi-cate with any one outside. The Tribune's dispatch says the debate de-bate in the house on the Cuban resolution reso-lution was very exciting.
