Show Oiuti'auy. The numerous friends of Mr. Win. ,Joniniii;i and his family wi'iu greatly grieved yesterday at the announcement, unexpected liy many, of the death ol'liia amiable wife. Mia. Juno Walker Jennings was (bo youngest daughter of John and Mary Walker, and was born at 15 ring-ley ring-ley on tho Hill, Notts., England, September Sep-tember 5th, ISoj. S lio emigrated to tliff United States iu ISoO, and was married to Mr. Jennings at St.Joseph, Mo., iu 1S."1, coming to this Territory with her husband in tho full of lSo.. She was the mother of eleven children, five of whom are- dead, leaving six, the youngest a babo but two weeks old, with her husband to mourn Uor loss. Mrs, Jennings was a most estimable woman, one whom it was a pleasuro to kuow, and knowing her sho was ovei unchanged. Tho smiles of fortune wrought no diU'erenco with lier, foi amiability, unoatentation and true matronly feeliug ever characterized her. Tho hundreds of citizens, and visitors to our city, who have ei.joycd tho generous hospitality of tho family will long remember her. Sho was a truo womau, an affectionato mother mo-ther a devoted adherent to the t'aith of tha Latter-day Saints, an ornament to society, and that best gift of God to man on earth a good, faithful, loving wife. Few women past away from earth leaving behind them so truly afflicted and sincere mourners among a largo circlo of friends and acquaintances. ac-quaintances.
