| Show IUAEIEY MEANS BUSINESS I Gelling Ready to Draw on the Wealth of the Wonder Mine As will be seen elsewhere in these columns the Wonder lIning company filed its articles of incorporation yesterday yes-terday and from now on we may look for some vigorous work on this property proper-ty which is located in the center of the ore zone of Mercur Manager and Superintendent P J Quole3 who was seen by a Herald reporter re-porter yesterday states that he has ordered a small plant for the mIne consisting con-sisting of a 50 H P boiler which will be placed in position by L C Trent C a soon as possible The 100foot double compartment shaft on the Mary E claim has been cleaned out and re timbered and as soon as the new plant is in place sinking will be pushed as rapidly a possible The south line of the Wonder joins I the Golden Gate mine and the Wonder workings are only 350 feet from the Golden Gate shaft and a the Wonder is about on a line with the Hecla it is expected that the ore will be encountered encoun-tered at about 300 feet from the surface on the same dip a the Hecla ledger ledge-r Quaeley who recently went all through the underground workings of the Golden Gate mine says that it is a most wonderful property and that people as a ruie have no conception of the marvelous wealth contained in this property as the ore values are four times what it is commonly supposed they are worth and four times as large In one place in this mine Mr Quaeley says there is an upraise of seventy I two feet which is all in high grade milling ore I is no wonder then that the Wonder Won-der company feel that it has a mine and a big one at that in the property on which its incorporation is based |
