OCR Text	Show BIG JUDGMENT I IDAHO Supreme Court Says Lincoln Must Pay Blarne County 8238446 Special to The Herald Boise Ida Feb 23 Blaine county has won a complete victory over Lincoln Lin-coln county by an opinion handed down in the supreme court here today giving the former county a judgment against the latter for 23844627 The suit grew i out of the county division act of iSIS and the apportionment of the liabilities and assets of the two counties created by that law I The supreme court accepts Referee I ICInssleys figures of debt 60349045 but throws out the court house entirely giving the property outright to Blaine county by following the text of the law literally
