others escaped from him a before he came to Provo In regard to Pierson th man who was killed at the time of Maxwells arrest Mr Brower says I do not know anything I about Pierson as I never saw him but Maxwell has stated that he and Pier son had intended to rob the First National Na-tional bank of Provo and that on the day the job was to have been done the bank escaped by reason of closing about
