Yesterday Yesterdays session of the county court was a busy one the selectmen having a whole lot of minor business to attend to in addition to passing their own claims It Is a noteworthy fact in connection with the allowance of the accounts of the members of the court that there has never been a kick on any bill filed by any of them This rule may apply to the sheriff and to the other parties who have served the county in various capacities but the selectmen never The Herald some time ago called attention at-tention to the fact that the members of the county court were using the poor farm wagon to assist them in the accumulation of mileage Whether this had anything to do with the action ac-tion recently taken or not of course is a question which can be answered only by the men themselves But suffice it to say the taxpayers have 15 more in the treasury than before owing to an act on the part of the selectmen in paying that sum to the treasurer for the use of the conveyance that additional peace officers are necessary neces-sary at Bingham on July 3 4 and 5 I therefore be > it Resolved That L C Jeffrey J C I Morrissey and C J Funnell be and I they are hereby appointed
