UNION PACIFIC LANDS Suit For Foreclosure On Ail ef the Grants St Paul Minn Nov 28The Union Trust company of New York made application ap-plication today before Judge Sanborn in the United States court for a decree de-cree of mortgage foreclosure in its land case against the Union PacIfic Railroad road company and the receivers Attorneys At-torneys In the case will be given another an-other hearing the last of this week at which certain maters of form will probably be settled and the decree granted The case involves 1500000 and the title to the lands granted to the Union Pacific in Nebraska Cob rao Utah and other western states The mortgage was given in 1873 and made for twenty years In 1893 It was renewed Default was made in the payment pay-ment of the interest and the foreclosure foreclos-ure proceedings were Instituted The jnterest for two years is now due and unpaid I
