in the sus suspension suspension pension of the writ of oC habeas corpus etc He said the writ had not riot been suspended in Idaho although the action of the governor and the holdings of the court might have had that practical effect He maintained ined however that the denial of a writ of habeas corpus in particular cases did not operate as asa asa a n general suspension of the system The by Mr Ir Lentz and Mr Sulzer was wa w directed to showing that the attorney general of Idaho Idabo demurred to the application of habeas corpus and In effect held that the writ was suspended A A heated
