Show Resolutions of Regret The county court met in the office of the I county clerk yesterday and passed the following I fol-lowing resolutions I Whereas We the members or this court are I called upon to13ay goodbye officially to one ol our members Hon John Pincock and Whereas It Is not only an honored custom hut a commendable virtue to recognize and applaud ap-plaud the acts of an honest man as a public servant and AMiereas We recognize in our retiring colleague col-league a man whose Integrity in private and public life is unquestioned and whose pubic service has been characterized by earnest and zealous efforts to advance the public welfare and with sturdy Integrity of purpose which protects his ofllcial lire from even a suspicion or Intentional wrong therefore belt Resolved By the county court of Weber count In regular session that we regret to lose from our number Selectman Pincock realizing that we shall miss his wholesome counsel and good judgment as to the many and varied questions which we are called upon to solve and Resolved further That bidding goodbye to Selectman Pincock and thus severing our ottlcial relations with him we cannot refrain from expressing to him as he goes out into private pri-vate life our best wishes for his future welfare and trust that his declining years may be fraught with peace of mind and body which comes as the reward of an honest industrious and weU spent life Resolved That these resolutions be spread upon the minutes or this court and that a copy ol same be furnished Selectman Pincock A C BISHOP Probate Judge L W SuonTUiT FRED L FAT FATSelectmen Selectmen J P LEDWIDGE Clerk |
