The County Court House Yesterday was a lively one in Judge Bishops office A special session of the county court was held in the afternoon and the proposition to establish and open a new road to the new bridge across the Weber northwest of the city was discussed The bridge was built some time ago and since its completion it was discovered that the road leading to it was not a public highway A resolution was adopted authorizing the committee on public highways to take steps to the immediate opening of the road In probate in the matter of the guardianship guardian-ship and estate of Rudolph R Freeman et al an order was issued fixing the date for the hearing petition for letters for guardianship guard-ianship In the matter of the estate of Daniel p Wilson et aL minor heirs a hearing on a petition for the sale of real estate was set for June 15 A hearing was had on petition for letters testamentary and probate of will in the estate of Sarah T Taylor and the case was adjourned until next Monday at 10 oclock nm
