Herri man this county in 1SS9 that two months after their marriage the defendant commenced com-menced treating him in a cruol manner neglected her home and refused to cook meals for him that he had to be absent from home frequently and on such occasions occa-sions his wife would associate with lewd and disreputable persons of both sexes and at other times she would bring such persons to her home that in October No comber and December 18S9 the defendant committed adultery with sundry men and she frequently told her husband that all men were alike to her and that she liked one as well as another that in December De-cember 1SS9 at the solicitation or her sister the defendant went to Butte cny vbere she entered upon a disreputable life which she is bllll leading Mrs Butcher made no appearance in tho case and the plaintiff was granted a decree de-cree of divorce BLAZKK IS TREE On motion of C S Varian the case against J B Blazer charged with obtain ing money from the Utah National bank by means of false pretenses was dismissed Blazer It will be remembered the young man who came hero from Omaha some time ago and represented himself to be an officer of the Don Carlos Lumber company He was negotiating for the purchase of some valuable property and was bulling the real estate market in great shape when ho was arrested Ho was tried at the last term of court and convicted
