that the displays at our annual fairs made by the various implement dealers deal-ers of the territory have been extremely meritorious and have added largely to the general interest in the fair have decided to offer special premium consisting of the I societys diploma for the best display of implement and machinery The societys diploma is really 0 work of art and far superior to the ordinary for the best display of all kinds of implements and machinery The bids for programme privilege for the fair wore opened yesterday at noon by Secretary Wells and the contract awarded to Isaac E Diehl
