I AMUSEMENTS J Almost everyone has heard of Neil Burgess and equally so has everyone heard of The County Fair They have been inseparable for five years and will be seen together at the Salt Lake theatre for two nights and matinee beginning tomorrow to-morrow evening May 19 Mr Burgess in his character of c Abigail Prue the simple tenderhearted New England maid has made a worldwide reputation and an idea of the popularity of the play I and player during the recent run of four years in New York is that tickets and I seats were purchased four weeks ahead of the time of production Mr Burgess brings with him his entire and original company and also his own cars for the scenery The horseracing scene is a marvel even in the theatrical world and will no doubt be appreciated by the music loving public WONDERLAND GirofleGirofla will be presented for the week commencing with todays performance per-formance by the Iijeal Opera company at this popular place of amusement A most excellent and enjoyable performance per-formance is being given by this company which comprises several very promising artists Miss Flossie Moore has already i won a place in the appreciation and regard re-gard of the lovers of comic opera in this city and she is worthy of it being more 1 than ordinarily gifted with a good voice and an easy stage presence I In the curio hall several new features l I are announced including Professor Egans canisutopia JI 1
