Millcreek Jr. High School participated in the Weber State College Science Fair April 6-7. Twenty-nine awards and trophies were received including includ-ing special awards from the U.S. Army. NASA. Utah Chapter of the American Chemistry Che-mistry Society and the Utah Wildlife Association. WHILE NOT all the students stu-dents received awards and others received several, all of them took advantage of a unique uni-que and profitable learning experience that could not be duplicated in any classroom. In keeping with science fair regulations, each junior high could sent their top ninth grade projects to the high school science sci-ence fair held April 8-9. and Julie Christian and Heidi Kieffer Kief-fer were selected to represent Millcreek Jr. The project of Heidi Kieffer's was selected to win several awards, one of which was a one year scholarship scholar-ship to WSC, one of five scholarships scho-larships awarded at the fair.
