Show Site Plan For Oat Mill Approved CENTERVILLE A site plan for construction of an oat milling plant at 1250 West 500 North in the Centerville Industrial In-dustrial Park has been approved by the city council. IHfc. mill, wmcn wiii package various oats and eventually roll oats into cereals, cere-als, is owned by the LDS Church and will replace the LDS Church Welfare mill now located in Layton. The plant will be two-stories and will be used for packaging various oats. A rolling mill plant for processing of grains could be added later, ex plained Eric Hogan, who made the presentation to the council. THE PACKAGING plant will cost slightly more than $200,000 to construct, said Mr. Hogan. He said bids have been let and construction can begin immediately. Councilman Robert Arbuckle asked that a stipulation stipula-tion be included in the motion to approve the site plan that would allow the storm drain fee to be paid under a new formula for-mula being considered by the council instead of the present I t storm drain ordinance.
