Springs Wyoming Wyom-ing was solemnized by Rev Father Cush nahan at the St Josephs Catholic church yesterday morning at 9 oclock A large number of invited friends was present and the oral contributions were beautiful After the ceremonies breakfast was taken at the Heed hotel The First District Court Yesterday was another light day in the First district dourt The following cases were disposed of ron cLOSLRE ORDERED In the case of C F Randall vs Florence F Nelson the court made an order for a I decree of foreclosure HEARING TO snow CAUSE In the case of the North Ogden irrigation irriga-tion company vu Bear Lake and River Waterworks company a hearing was had on order to show cause GRAND JURY REPORTS The grand jury came into court and pre tented three indictments under United States laws and one under territorial laws The following cases were ignored United States vs Olie Poulson and the case of the People vs Thomas Baxter was ordered transmitted to the commissioner for sentence sen-tence as the case is a misdemeanor DEFAULT ENTERED In the case of Emma Jenkins vs Samuel Jenkins default of defendant was duly entered en-tered W R White attorney for defendant defend-ant The County Court The county court met in regular session at the county court house yesterday and transacted considerable business The greater part of the meeting was taken up in the adjustment of various taxation tax-ation Attorney A R Heywood appeared in behalf be-half of John S Corlew executor in the estate es-tate of Samuel M Preshaw deceased and asked that the court reconsider its action of October 14 when it rejected the petition for a claim in favor of S M Preshaw for 65 No action was taken in the matter The court ordered that the county superintendent super-intendent of schools prepare a report of the county schools Selectman Shurtliff reported that the two bridges ordered put in between Huntsville and South Fork were completed and teams were passing over them The committee to whom was referred the matter of changing the line in the Garland Gar-land county road received further time in which to prepare a report Selectman Foy made the trite statement that the Middle Fork road was completed and that ho considered it in a very good condition for a canon road He estimated the cost of construction ail told at 2600 Owing to sickness Selectman Cross was unable to make a report on the condition of road leading from the Weber river to blaterville Tbe committee appointed to confer with city authorities in the matter of building anew a-new bridge over Twentyfourth street submitted sub-mitted the following report To the County Court of Weber County Your committee appointed for the purpose of acting with the committee of the Ogden city council upon matters pertaining to the building of a new bridge across Weber river on Twenty fourth street submit their report as follows The city engineer having by direction of the city council advertised for bids for the construction con-struction of said bridge the joint committee met at the coin ell chamber on last Thursday to op n and inspect said bids of which there were thirteen ranging from g 3 34S to about 9OtW After referring the same to the city engineer to examine as to detail and to see if any or all of them complied with the requirements of the plans and specifications submitted by the on gneer and to report his findings at a subsequent subse-quent meeting the committee adjourned until me next day at which time the city engineer reported that he was not ready to make his report re-port and was granted until Saturday evening The 7th Inst when the committee again met nnd after hearing the report of the engineer and fully discussing the same and the merits of the various bids the committee recommended that the bid of the Missouri Valley Bridgeworks Bridge-works for 53345 be accepted upon its compli nnco with the details required by the city engineer en-gineer Your committee hereby The hearing of F B Allen brought her from Colorado several weeks ago by Sheriff Belnap charged with being implicated in the holding up and shooting of A W Wertz near Lester park in this city several months ago was held before Judge A C Bishop yesterday afternoon The hearing took up the entire afternoon and was not concluded till 630 last evening The evidence produced pro-duced justified the judge in binding the defendant de-fendant over to the grand jury in the sum of loOO bonds Of course the fellow could not furnish securities aud he was locked up again in the county jail The grand jury is in
