A Jstranco Case of Polsonlns In Denver DENVER Colo Feb 25rSpecial telegram tele-gram to THE HEBALDJ A woman named Sewall said to bo the wife of a Creede real estate man was found about noon today in the cupolo of the county court house Buffering from poison At lirst it was given out that she had attempted self destruction de-struction but diligent inquiries show that there is room for other suspicions She has been pretty well pumped out and is at the city jail and the son of a district dis-trict judge of this city has made efforts to have her secretly removed but lie has failed Toe door to the place where she was found is usually hept locked but young Allen who is a clerk in his fathers court and whose office door opens into a hallway along the course she must have lalccn to reach the place is in a position to have a key to tho door The police surgeon ot iho city at first declined to say anything any-thing but since receiving a visit from the son is very busy tirculaling reports that the woman is tired of life and has made a second attempt at-tempt to go hence this time by strangulation strangula-tion Reporters have been unable to get a statement of any sort from the woman Alien denies that she was in his office before be-fore ascending that stairway but his anxiety anx-iety to get her away from tho station on tho sly leads to the suspicion that her dose of belladonna or whatever it was may not have been entirely her own act
