The Street Railway Case The case of H H Henderson ot al against the Ogden City railway cotnpui5 commanding them to appear and show cause why they should not be held guilty of contempt of court ill disobeying the courts injunction restraining them from in any way obstructing the rightofway of the Henderson company was concluded in in tho district court yesterday afternoon and Judge Miner rendered a decision in favor of the plaintiffs The Ogden City company has from the start claimed that it had an exclusive franchise fran-chise for certain streets in Ogden But as very case that has been tried has bean decided de-cided against them there is santa reason to doubt the validity of their claims and this decision implies that the Henderson com piuy has a riant to lay its tracks in accordance accord-ance with the franchise granted them by tho city council What the next move will be remains to be seen
