Show Is Marriage a Failure If one is to be allowed to judge from a complaint in divorce filed in the third district dis-trict court yesterday by Attorney Kenner it is most decidedly at least in so far as a gentleman gen-tleman by the name of William Sharp is concerned He asks for a divorce from his wife Sarah Sharp whom he married in August 1853 He alleges as the grounds upon which the conjugal tie should be severed sev-ered that the defendant has used vile and insulting language towards him in which she had called him a I a a dirty dog and has on at least one occasion occa-sion struck him with her fist He has stood the abuse for many years past but about a year ago she drove him from her house and has since forbidden him to enter it and life is a burden |
