OCR Text	Show A Denial PARIS December 28A semiofficial French note is published denying the story reported by newspapers of Rome to the effect that the Bey of Tunis issued a decree ordering all foreign employes of the Tunis government to become naturalized Frenchmen if they desired to retain the offices The note declares the story is the invention of an Italian recently dismissed from the service of the Tunis government for neglecting his duties Ho would have received the same treatment had he been a Frenchman
