Show I I ANTELOPE ISLAND Inspecting the state park portion of Antelope Island are Fred Holms, left, and Allen Flint. All members of the Good Sam Club are invited to get their RV's in summer condition condi-tion and join the Utah Gull RV'ers Travelers Chapter 18, at their annual clean-up camp-out camp-out on Antelope Island, May 16-18. All participants are encourage en-courage to bring a hand rake for cleaning of beach. ALLEN FLINT, spokesman for the Gull RV'ers extends an invitation to all Good Sam members in Davis County to come and meet fellow members mem-bers and do a good service for our state park. Each year the Clearfield chapter helps to clean litter from the beach at Antelope Island and in the Good Sam tradition "leave their campsite cleaner than they found it." There will be a potluck supper sup-per on Saturday evening, so all you lady Good Sams bring your favorite dish and share it. After the potluck supper there will be a slide presentation by the Island Rangers showing state parks in Utah. V ELKEND CAMPING will be free to all Good Sam members, mem-bers, just present your valid membership card to the rangers ran-gers at the gate. This is also an ideal place for kite flying. |
