| Show I Jolly Gathering I WASHINGTON March 2The national i i Democratic committee met today with i J a fall attendance and W H Barnum presiding The meeting was mainly devoted j de-voted to an exchange of congratulations J upon the success attending the work of he committee and the discussion of the part they should take in the inauguration l inaugura-tion ceremonies It was fully agreed I that members of the committee could j I witness the proceedings at the capital and then take carriages and ride to the rand stand in front of the executive mansion and view the procession Secretary Prince humorously remarked i Gentlemen present it has been twenty i five years since the committee had met j for the pleasant object which called 1 them together today The meeting i adjourned 1 subject to the call of the f chairman The executive committee held a preliminary meeting and approved ap-proved the bills for the expenditures during the campaign |
