tank George Burrows John Wheeler A 0 Smith I Marks Joliii Russ J Boyle H T Snyder and E It Hopkins Hr Wheeler itr Smith and Mr Snyder Sny-der were excused oy the defense J D Shorter Charles Harris and C P Jennings Jen-nings were called to fill the panel Mr Jennings was excused for having an opinion and Charles C Browh was called but went down on hb belief J Armstrong took Mr Browns place The jury having been sworn listened to the reading of the indictment charging AJ Ker haw with unlawful cohabitation cohabita-tion during the year 11 B MALAX was the Gnat witness Live in the city know the
