Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 6. 1982. at the hour of 10:00 a.m., at the north entrance to the Davis County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, the undersigned, Joseph E. Hatch; as Attorney for Trustee Deseret Federal Savings and Loan Association, Associa-tion, acting pursuant to the power of sale conferred in that Trust Deed executed by Ralph O. Bradley and Mildred H. Bradley, husband and wife, as Trustors, and recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder Re-corder on November 15, 1979, as Entry No. 550477, in Book 801, at pages 581-584, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, the interest conveyed to the Trustee by said Trust Deed in and to the property therein mentioned and described, de-scribed, located at 1835 Maple View Drive, Bountiful, Utah, and being more particularly described as follows: All of Unit 105 as shown in the Record of Survey Map for Ridge-wood Ridge-wood of Maple Hills Phase V, appearing in the records of the Davis County Recorder, Farmington, Utah, dated 28 August 1975, recorded 8 September 1975, Entry No. 419066, Book 577, Page 229, and as described in the Declaration De-claration of Condominium Condomi-nium for RIDGEWOOD OF MAPLE HILLS, appearing as Entry No. 419067, Book 577, Page 230 and following pages of the Official Records of Davis County, as amended by the Amendment Amend-ment to the Map dated 14 June 1976, recorded 18 June 1976, Entry No. 436355, Book 605, Page 921 as further amended 21 July 1977, Entry No. 467981, Book 660, Page 30 of Official Records, and the First Amendment Amend-ment to Declaration of RIDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUM, CON-DOMINIUM, dated 17 June 1976, recorded 18 June 1976, as Entry No. 436356, Book 605, Pages 922-929, and the Second Amendment to Declaration Declara-tion of RIDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUM, dated 14 July 1977, recorded re-corded 21 July 1977, Entry En-try No. 467982, Book 660, Pages 36-43, and the Third Amendment to Declaration of RIDGEWOOD RIDGE-WOOD CONDOMI- . NIUM, dated 7 July 1978, recorded 25 August Au-gust 1978, Entry No. 506381, Book 725, Page's 362-366, and the Fourth Amendment to Declaration Declara-tion of RIDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUM, dated 28 December 1978, recorded 29 December De-cember 1978, Entry No. 519044, Book 746, Pages 954-960, and the Fifth Amendment to Declaration De-claration of RIDGEWOOD RIDGE-WOOD CONDOMINIUM CONDOMI-NIUM dated January 1, 1981, and recorded January 16, 1981, as Entry En-try No. 584000 in Book 854 at Page 584 of Official Offi-cial Records, of Davis County. TOGETHER with an undivided 0.09628 percent per-cent interest in and to the common area and facilities as the same are established and identified identi-fied in the Declaration and Map referred to above, as amended. TOGETHER with and subject to easements ease-ments through said unit, appurtenant to common areas and facilities and all other units, for the support and repair of said unit of the common areas and facilities, and all other units subject to the provisions of the Utah Condominium Ownership Act, the aforesaid Declaration and all rules, regulations and agreements lawfully made or entered into pursuant to the provisions provi-sions of the aforesaid Act and Declaration as amended, and all easements, ease-ments, conditions and restrictions of record. Purchase price payable at the time and place of sale in lawful money of the United States. The sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding regard-ing title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, for the purpose of paying the obligation secured by such Trust Deed, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee, sums, if any, expended ex-pended under its terms thereof, there-of, and interest thereon.
