| Show Boston Wool Boston 9Fair business is doing in wools but the sales are small compared com-pared with the corresponding week last year when some 3600000 pounds were sold against 1700000 pounas this year Prices remain without change but there is a quieter tone here and in interior markets and extreme prices are more difficult to obtain at any point Ohio and Pennsylvania X and XX 4044 good average lots of X and XX are selling at 42S choice 43f In Michigan and Wisconsin X the sales have been at 3S40 choice lots 41 and considerable sales at 2S33 Unwashed fleeces have been in fair demand at 2533 for fine and medium grades and choice selections selec-tions at 345 Combing and delaine selections are quiet and prices nominally nom-inally at 43S for fine delaine and JSo 1 combing Coarse and medium combing wools are dull and prices normal In California spring wools there were sales of 200000 pounds at 311 and small lots of choice at 3335 pulled wools have I been selling at 4550 for choice eastern eas-tern and Maine supers and 3042 for common and good supers Extra pulled has been in fair demand at 4047 In foreign wools there were sales of Australia at 4144 and Montevideo and Cape at the previous pre-vious prices |
