Show J SOAP OPERA WEEK U Two daytime soapers head for eveninq TV By NANCY M. REICHARDT HOLLYWOOD Two former for-mer daytime soap opera stars will be gracing your television screens this fall in roles on the nighttime soap-styled shows, "Dallas" and "Flamingo Road." Morgan Fairchild, who portrayed por-trayed the vengeful Jennifer Wyatt on "Search For Tomorrow," will star as the adopted daughter of one of the town's wealthy citizens on "Flamingo Road," which is produced by Ix)rimar, who also produced "Dallas." Speaking of "Dallas," word from Hollywood is that Audrey Landers, who is well known to viewers of the defunct "Somerset" as Heather Heath-er Kane, will be appearing on that show. Audrey also appeared on "The Secret Storm," but her new role is sure to present quite a challenge chal-lenge as she is slated to portray por-tray J.R. Ewing's new mistress. Audrey has high hopes that her "Dallas" role will make her as famous as her older sister Judy, who appears on the series "Vega." If you haven't gotten your copy already, we'd like to let you know that Mary Stuarts' autobiography, "Both of Me," has hit the bookstore shelves. The book, published by Dou-bleday Dou-bleday & Company, includes personal aspects of Mary's life as well as insights into the world of soap opera production. produc-tion. And, lots of anecdotes about the backstage doings of her fellow castmates past and present. Genie Francis (Laura Baldwin on "General Hospital") is one busy actress! Aside front appearing almost daily on "GH," Genie has also been filming a nighttime television tele-vision role. Watch for the young actress this fall in the ABC movie, "The Oklahoma City Dolls." Eric Congor departed "Another World" for the last time (his character was written writ-ten out once before) when Buzz Winslow was killed in an auto accident. Joining "General "Gen-eral Hospital," however, is Michael Baselcon in the role of Dr. Tony Perelli, Heather's new psychiatrist and possibly one of Lesley Webber's new suitors.
