Show Utah fishermen will be looking look-ing for a new type of fish from the depths of Lake Powell, this year. Striped bass, a newcomer newcom-er to this area, present an exciting ex-citing challenge that can be easily met with proper instruction. instruc-tion. Presented under the auspices of the State I)i vision of Wildlife Resources, Re-sources, fishing classes will cover a wide variety of topics including fly fishing, casting techniques, pan fishing and bass fishing. (iene Snow, fishing instructor, instruc-tor, explains that striped bass which can weigh up to 40 pounds, were introduced to Lake Powell only two years ago. " I his year," Snow predicts, pre-dicts, "will be the first good year at Lake Powell.
